Are flights included in the packages?
Some packages include flights and others are land-only. Each package lists what's included, and we can always add flights from Dubai at the best available fare.
Can you help with my visa?
Yes. We arrange UAE tourist visas and assist with visas for Schengen countries, the UK, the USA, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia and many more destinations, including document checks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash at our Business Bay office and card payments. A deposit confirms your booking, and the balance is due before travel.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes and cancellations depend on the airline, hotel and package rules. We'll explain the terms clearly before you pay and always try to find the most flexible option for you.
